About the Role

Join a leading international streaming platform as a Hebrew-speaking Customer Support Associate.
You will assist users via chat, email, and phone, ensuring the best viewing experience and resolving technical or account-related issues.

Working Conditions

Schedule: 09:0022:00, Monday to Sunday (rotational shifts, including bank holidays).
Mode: Fully remote (you must be based in Lithuania or Estonia).

Salary

  • Estonia: competitive

  • Lithuania: competitive

  • Bonus: 100 gross/month (based on KPI)

Requirements

  • Native or C1/C2 Hebrew speaker

  • English B2 (written and spoken)

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Availability to work full-time and on rotational shifts
