Role Overview

We are seeking a Norwegian-speaking Customer Service Representative to join a dynamic technical and search engine support team in Lisbon. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a positive user experience for our international clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional and empathetic customer support in Norwegian, via phone, email, and chat.

  • Resolve technical or account-related queries for users.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and continuous service improvement.

  • Maintain a high standard of professionalism and attention to detail in all interactions.

Work Schedule

  • Monday to Friday: 08:00-  20:00 (rotational shifts)

  • Saturday & Sunday: 08:00 -17:00 (rotational)

  • Days off: 2 rotational days per week

Requirements

  • Native or fluent Norwegian speaker.

  • Good command of English for internal communication.

  • Customer-oriented mindset with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Previous experience in technical or customer support is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: Competitive x 14 months

  • Meal allowance: approx. 7.23/day

  • Transport allowance: 20/month

  • Health insurance: available from day 1 

  • Mean allowance: 120 per 12 months
