• Provide customer support via digital channels

• Follow internal procedures and service standards

• Collaborate with internal teams when needed

• Monday to Friday

• 08:00 – 17:00

• Weekends off (Saturday & Sunday)

• Fully Remote (Portugal-based)

💰 Compensation

• Base Salary + 

  Language Bonus: €45 × 11 months
