Role overview

As a Customer Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers, providing high-quality support and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver solutions via phone, email, and chat.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer support in Dutch (C1+) and basic English

• Handle customer inquiries efficiently and professionally

• Resolve issues, complaints, and requests

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

• Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality standards

Requirements

• Native or fluent Dutch speaker

• Good level of English (B2 or higher)

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Customer-oriented mindset

• EU passport or right to work in Portugal
