Position Overview

We are seeking a German-speaking Content Moderator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing, analysing, and moderating user-generated content to ensure full compliance with internal policies, legal requirements, and platform safety standards. This position requires high attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment.

Work Schedule

This role operates on a 24/7 rotational shift system (Monday to Sunday).
Shifts include:

• 07:00 – 16:00

• 14:00 – 23:00

• 22:30 – 07:30

On-site presence is mandatory (100%).

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive Base Salary + Performance Bonus

• 7.63€ net per working day

Key Responsibilities

• Review, classify, and moderate user-generated content according to platform guidelines.

• Identify and escalate content involving sensitive, harmful, or non-compliant material.

• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness in moderation decisions.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to support content safety initiatives.

• Adhere to operational targets, confidentiality requirements, and quality standards.

Candidate Profile

• Fluent in German (C1 or above) and proficient in English.

• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

• Ability to work under pressure with exposure to potentially sensitive content.

• Availability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
