Role Overview
We are looking for Croatian-speaking Customer Support Advisors to join an international Booking project in Athens. The role focuses on providing high-quality customer support while ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
After an initial on-site period of 9 weeks, remote work may be considered depending on individual performance and readiness.
Key Responsibilities

Provide customer support in Croatian and English

Assist customers with booking-related inquiries and service requests

Handle questions, updates, and general support through approved channels

Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions

Follow internal procedures, quality standards, and service guidelines

Deliver a professional and customer-oriented experience
Requirements

Fluent Croatian – written and spoken

Good command of English for internal communication

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Customer-focused mindset and attention to detail

Ability to work in a structured, fast-paced environment

Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends

Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems

Previous customer service experience is an advantage
Work Schedule

Monday to Sunday, shifts between 08:00 and 19:00

40 hours per week (8 hours per day / 5 days per week)
