About the Role

We are seeking a Czech-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our 0 project in Athens.
You will be responsible for assisting customers with reservations, travel inquiries, and general account support, ensuring an excellent customer experience in every interaction.

This position offers a chance to work in an international environment, supporting a leading global travel brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional and friendly customer support via phone, chat, and email in Czech and English.

  • Assist customers with booking, modifications, cancellations, and travel-related inquiries.

  • Resolve issues efficiently, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth case handling.

  • Follow company policies, data protection rules, and quality standards.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent level of Czech and strong English communication skills.

  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

  • Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

  • Basic computer literacy (CRM systems, MS Office).

  • Ability to work rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.

  • EU citizenship or valid work permit for Greece.

Working Conditions

  • Hybrid Model: On-site & Remote options available (after 3 months on-site period).

  • Working Hours: 09:00-19:00, Monday to Sunday (rotational).

  • Office Location: Central Athens, easily accessible by public transport.

Relocation Package

For candidates relocating from abroad:

  • 3 weeks of paid hotel accommodation near the office.

  • Flight reimbursement up to 300€ (gross).

  • Up to 300€ support upon arrival (first payment).

  • Legal support for employment documentation.

  • Candidates must arrive in Athens 7 days before the start date to complete hiring formalities.

  • After relocation, employees must work on-site for at least 3 months, unless they already have housing and stable internet in Greece.

  • No long-term housing assistance provided after the initial accommodation period.
