Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Order-to-Cash (O2C) Specialist – German Speaker to support a global Medical program. The selected candidate will play a key role in managing end-to-end commercial order flows, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a high level of service to international customers.

This role requires strong communication skills in German, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment within a 24/7 support structure.

  + 300€ language allowance+ meal allowance: 7.63€ net per working day

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes for the Medical division

• Process and validate customer orders with a high level of accuracy

• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and industry regulations

• Handle order inquiries, discrepancies, returns, and billing matters

• Collaborate with logistics, supply chain, finance, and customer operations teams

• Support continuous improvement initiatives and help optimize O2C efficiency

• Maintain updated documentation and reporting for internal stakeholders

Candidate Profile

• Fluent in German (C1+) and proficient in English

• Previous experience in Order-to-Cash, Order Management, Billing, or similar administrative/operations roles

• Strong analytical and organizational skills

• Ability to work in a 24/7 environment

• Excellent communication and customer-handling abilities

• Experience in medical devices or pharmaceuticals is an asset but not mandatory
