Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Order-to-Cash (O2C) Specialist – German Speaker to support a global Medical program. The selected candidate will play a key role in managing end-to-end commercial order flows, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a high level of service to international customers.
This role requires strong communication skills in German, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment within a 24/7 support structure.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes for the Medical division

Process and validate customer orders with a high level of accuracy

Ensure compliance with internal procedures and industry regulations

Handle order inquiries, discrepancies, returns, and billing matters

Collaborate with logistics, supply chain, finance, and customer operations teams

Support continuous improvement initiatives and help optimize O2C efficiency

Maintain updated documentation and reporting for internal stakeholders
Candidate Profile

Fluent in German (C1+) and proficient in English

Previous experience in Order-to-Cash, Order Management, Billing, or similar administrative/operations roles

Strong analytical and organizational skills

Ability to work in a 24/7 environment

Excellent communication and customer-handling abilities

Experience in medical devices or pharmaceuticals is an asset but not mandatory
